Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding,



performance management, and employee engagement for on-site teams. This full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon involves managing HR policies and processes, partnering with business leaders to address workforce needs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes managing HR data and reporting, supporting training and development initiatives, and contributing to strategic workforce planning to align HR practices with business objectives.
