Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Loan Advisor role based in Ranchi. The Loan Advisor will engage with small and micro business owners to understand their financing needs, explain loan products, and guide them through the application process. Daily responsibilities include assessing borrower profiles,



collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with underwriting teams, and ensuring timely loan processing. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Loan Advisor will work closely with branch and operations teams to meet portfolio quality and growth targets while supporting Aye Finance’s mission of financial inclusion.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Loans and basic Finance concepts relevant to small and micro enterprise lending.
- Experience in Customer Service, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and internal teams.
