Key Responsibility:
- Assist in corporate secretarial and statutory compliance activities
- Prepare board meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions
- Handle ROC and MCA filings
- Support due diligence and IPO documentation
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Skill we are looking for:
- Company Law & Secretarial Compliance

- MCA Portal & ROC Filings
- Drafting & Documentation
