Job Summary

The Production Assistant will support the Production Supervisor in coordinating daily production activities and maintaining accurate production documentation. The role involves preparing panel QR codes, monitoring panel movements, managing production records, preparing checklists, and issuing drawings to technicians to ensure productive production operations.

Key Responsibilities




- Support the Production Supervisor in daily production and documentation activities.
- Prepare and manage panel QR codes and identification labels.
- Monitor and record panel inward and outward movements.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, panel status, and material movements.
- Prepare production checklists and ensure their availability for production teams.
- Print and issue approved drawings and related documents to technicians.
- Maintain proper document control and filing systems.
- Ensure all production records are updated, organized, and readily accessible.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Stores departments regarding documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing production reports and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for record keeping and document management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
