Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and captions.

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the online community.

Research industry trends, competitors, and trending hashtags.

Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.

Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

Optimize content using SEO and social media best practices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve brand objectives.





Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.

Understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Time management and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with robust portfolios are welcome).

Experience with content creation and short-form video editing is an added advantage.
