Role Description
The Sr Cost Manager – Civil / MEP is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading cost planning and estimating for civil and MEP packages, preparing detailed bills of quantities,



and managing budgets from concept through completion. The Sr Cost Manager will review designs and specifications for cost, value, and constructability, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors, and monitor cost performance against forecasts. Day-to-day responsibilities include cost reporting, variance analysis, tender and bid evaluation, negotiation support, and advising on value engineering and risk mitigation. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining robust documentation, and ensuring that cost management practices align with CCM India’s standards and client expectations.
