Roles and Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, stores, and logistics functions.
- Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Drive inventory optimization while maintaining desired service levels.

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for sheet metal raw materials, components, consumables, and related services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and annual agreements with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
- Build strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce procurement costs and improve reliability.

Inventory Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize excess stock and shortages.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy.

Production Planning & Coordination




- Collaborate with production and planning teams to synchronize material requirements with manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production plans and customer commitments.
- Monitor demand forecasts and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Optimize transportation costs, warehouse utilization, and dispatch efficiency.
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Cost & Process Optimization
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead initiatives related to Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement.
- Drive digitalization and ERP utilization for supply chain visibility and control.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company policies.
