Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with truck drivers.
- Book and manage loads.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates.
- Maintain clear communication through calls, emails, and dispatch software.
- Perform basic computer-based dispatch tasks and documentation.

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
- Require computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Training & Work Policy
- Initial training will be conducted in person for a few days.
- After successful training, employees may work from home based on performance.
