About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales process for solar energy solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and are interested in building a career in sales and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Explain solar products and services to prospective customers.
- Qualify customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries and concerns.

Requirements
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Kannada (mandatory).
- Basic to valuable communication skills in
English
.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Prior experience in business development in solar company is not mandatory.
