Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
- Coordinate on-site interviews with selected candidates and schedule them accordingly.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer generation, including background verification and salary negotiations.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress throughout the hiring cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or leadership hiring roles.
- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview coordination processes.
- Proficiency in using ATS software like Naukri.com or similar tools.
