Role Description:

We're looking for a data-driven
Performance Marketer
to own paid acquisition from strategy to execution. You'll plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across
Meta and Google
, with full ownership of growth metrics like
CAC, ROAS, MER, payback period, and pipeline generation
.

This role spans both
B2C and B2B marketing
, so you'll need to be comfortable optimizing high-volume consumer funnels while also driving effective acquisition across longer,



more considered B2B buying journeys.

What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta and Google Ads.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize growth and efficiency.
- Track and improve key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and execute structured testing plans across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad concepts and iterate based on performance insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations through dashboards and reports.
- Manage budgets effectively while maintaining growth and profitability targets.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optim
