Hospital Business Head Vacancy with a leading chain of Nephrology Centres headquartered in Kolkata with Branches in Eastern India.

Role Description The Head of Business Development – Hospital is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position is responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with Doctors and hospitals / healthcare institutions in Kolkata for the Nephrology Department. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a pipeline of hospital prospects, leading sales meetings, negotiating agreements, and overseeing account management for hospital partners. The role involves creating and executing business plans, analyzing market and performance data, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Doctors.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Business Development and Sales skills, with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts in Healthcare Sector.





Candidates should possess Business Planning and Analytical Skills to design growth strategies, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

Candidates should possess Account Management experience, with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Relevant experience in healthcare, hospital administration,and business growth.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in office in the Kolkata metropolitan area and travel locally for client meetings as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, collaborate across teams, and operate with high professional integrity.

Salary Budget: Upto 12 LPAFixed + Variables.
