What the Role Looks Like
- Ensure seamless execution of orders from confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and clusters for smooth operations
- Track stock availability and ensure timely restocking
- Monitor dispatch and handle urgent delivery requirements
- Manage first-level issue resolution for customers and internal teams
- Maintain ownership and visibility of all open issues
