Job Description:

Must have:
- Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Track record of hiring, growing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
- Proficiency with project and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and escalations — communicating clearly with senior leadership on project status and key decisions.




- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design, scalability planning, and technology selection.
- Track and report on key delivery metrics — velocity, cycle time, quality, and release cadence — to drive data-informed improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and platform engineering practices.
- Exposure to product-led growth or B2B/B2C SaaS delivery environments.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant technology leadership certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a software engineer or technical lead is strongly preferred.
