Job Scope :

Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead

The Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned projects. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure system solutions align with defined business processes and compliance standards.
- Drive quality assurance activities to ensure solution accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Lead enterprise business, application, and integration architecture initiatives.
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-specification delivery.
- Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation.
- Act as a technical expert and consultant for project-related matters across teams.
- Maintain continuous written and verbal communication with internal teams and stakeholders.




- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to departmental and management system objectives.
- Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout the personal data lifecycle.
- Undertake mandatory and role-specific training as required from time to time.
