About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and client-focused professional for the role of Manager / Senior Lead – Market Research. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving research excellence, managing high-performing teams, and delivering actionable market intelligence that supports business growth and strategic decision-making.

This role requires strong expertise in market research, stakeholder management, Team Leading , analytical thinking, operational leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring exceptional quality, delivery standards, client satisfaction, and organizational representation at the client location.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.




- Build and maintain robust long-term client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into strategic research solutions and actionable insights.
- Manage client expectations, handle escalations proactively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions.

Market Research & Strategic Execution
- Lead end-to-end market research projects, including project understanding, research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights using both primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.
- Ensure research accuracy, data integrity, and high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
