- Liaising with vendors (travel/hotels) to make timely arrangements as appropriate.
- Ensuring all queries are responded to with adequate and correct information.

1. Daily Tracker
2. All the booking details report
3. Weekly egg timer
4. Monthly Provisions
5. Daily travel & stay arrangement report
6. Incident report
- Vendor management, service issues escalation.
- Invoicing and vendor payments.
- Hotel arrangements in other cities as per requests.
- Escorting visitors to meeting rooms.
- Pantry Service Management
