We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive
to support our marketing and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in digital marketing and be comfortable managing multiple projects across PR, awards submissions, newsletters, social media, client coordination, and content creation.

This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, media partners, agencies, and creative resources.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR)
- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to drive brand visibility.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media notes, and PR briefs.
- Track media coverage and maintain PR reports.
- Identify relevant media opportunities for campaigns and company achievements.

Awards & Industry Recognition
- Research and identify industry awards and recognition opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign data, case studies, creatives, and supporting documents.




- Prepare and submit award entries within deadlines.
- Maintain an awards calendar and submission tracker.

Newsletter & Email Marketing
- Plan and coordinate monthly newsletters and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging communications.
- Manage email marketing platforms and audience lists.
- Track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.

Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients for video shoots, testimonials, case studies, and campaign coverage.
- Manage shoot schedules, approvals, logistics, and communication.
- Ensure all required assets and information are available before production.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, creative teams, and production partners.

Social Media & Content
- Coordinate the creation of social media content, including videos and reels.
