Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Store Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and processes.



The role involves leading and mentoring the store team, setting performance goals, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high standards of service and store presentation. The Store Manager will drive sales performance, monitor key metrics, and implement initiatives to improve store profitability and customer experience. The role also includes handling customer escalations, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling, maintaining loss prevention practices, and collaborating with regional teams on campaigns, promotions, and operational improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Experience in Store Management, preferably in retail or jewellery, with the ability to oversee daily operations and team performance.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
