Role Description
This is a full time,



on-site Community Manager role based in Noida. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging and growing Reskilll’s developer community across online and offline channels, including managing social media groups, forums, and event communities. The role involves planning and executing community initiatives such as hackathons, meetups, cohorts, and partner-led programs, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. The Community Manager will respond to member queries, gather feedback, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that supports learning, collaboration, and career growth. The position also includes tracking community metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve member experience and strengthen long-term engagement.
