Role Overview

The Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth execution across retail, distribution, events, and internal processes. This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership. As B.Bath grows, so will the scope of this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail & Distribution
- Support onboarding of new retail partners and distributors.




- Maintain strong relationships with retail stores and channel partners.
- Coordinate product availability and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor execution and identify opportunities.

2. Business Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across teams.
- Work with logistics, warehouse, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Track inventory movement and support order fulfilment.

3. Events & Retail Activations
- Coordinate store launches, kiosks, exhibitions, and pop-up events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience during activations.
- Support weekend events when required (comp-offs provided).

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
