We're Hiring: Attached Fleet Manager | Benecargo | Gurgaon, Haryana

Benecargo is scaling up ahead of peak season, and we're building out our asset-light attached vehicle programme — adding flexible truck capacity through vetted, branded third-party vehicles alongside our owned fleet of 300+ trucks running FTL freight for clients like Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, and Britannia.

We're looking for someone who has actually done this before — not managed an owned fleet, but built and run relationships with vehicle owners and owner-operators from the ground up.

What you'll own:
- Source, vet, and onboard vehicle owners and small/large fleet operators
- Negotiate lane-wise hire rates and attachment terms
- Manage compliance, GPS, branding, and documentation end-to-end
- Coordinate settlement cycles with our Billing and Trip Settlement team
- Build long-term owner retention through our fleet benefit programme (fuel, tyres, insurance tie-ups)
- Own the pipeline and report real numbers,



not inflated ones

What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in attached or third-party vehicle vendor management — trucking marketplace, regional FTL transporter, or logistics B2B cargo partner background
- Hands-on negotiation experience directly with vehicle owners, not just fleet coordination
- Comfortable in the field — transport nagars, owner meetings, on-ground verification
- Working knowledge of GTA operations, LR or consignment notes, and POD-based settlement
- Fluent in Hindi and Hinglish, strong local network in NCR is a plus
