Role Description

US Logistics Broker and Truck Dispatcher.
The role involves managing freight brokerage activities, including sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and securing capacity for shipments across the United States. The dispatcher will plan and assign loads, coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, monitor transit, and resolve any issues or delays in real time. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong communication with carriers and customers, updating shipment statuses, handling documentation, and supporting account management to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.



The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to meet operational targets and adhere to compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Strong
Communication
and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations, including rate negotiation and carrier sourcing.
- Background in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer and carrier relationships.
- Knowledge of US logistics, trucking operations, and basic transportation regulations.
- Proficiency with dispatch or transportation management systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and solve problems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent practical experience.
