- Manage inventory and generate reports.
- Supervise shift staff and assign tasks.
- Resolve staff conflicts and handle customer complaints.
- Ensure service standards and stock availability.
- Maintain team morale and operational smoothness.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or any graduate.
Experience: 2-6 years
Background: Hospitality, QSRs, FMCG, Cafs.
