Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Gurugram. In this role,



you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. If you have a strong foundation in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and financial record management and you take pride in accuracy and ownership this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries in Tally Prime.
- Prepare, maintain, and update financial records, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data and cash flow records.
- Process vendor payments, customer receipts, and online/offline fund transfers.
- Generate and verify invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
- Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B, and RCM accounting.
