Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form Content)

Job Description

Team Education is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms. You will be responsible for editing both short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels) and long-form videos (YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, webinars, educational content, and promotional videos).

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, educational videos, and promotional content.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual effects.
- Create compelling hooks and maintain audience retention throughout the video.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement,



and basic sound mixing.
- Design engaging intros, outros, lower thirds, and call-to-action screens.
- Follow the latest social media trends and YouTube best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute content strategies.
- Deliver high-quality videos within agreed timelines.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media content optimization.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills are an added advantage.
