Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, statutory compliance (PF & ESI), and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Process and maintain PF and ESI registrations, monthly contributions, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with payroll for statutory deductions and employee records.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, employee records, and MIS as required.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, PF, ESI, and other HR matters.
- Support performance management,



employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement, and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, PF, and ESI compliance is mandatory.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS/payroll software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Positive understanding of PF, ESI, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Salary: 10,000/- to 15,000/-
