Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Executive to manage the day-to-day IT operations at DrishtiNova.

The role is responsible for maintaining end-user devices, Google Workspace, network infrastructure, security controls, software licensing, and office IT systems. The successful candidate will ensure employees have a secure, reliable, and well-managed IT setting while supporting the company’s growing technology infrastructure.

Identity & Access Management
- Manage Google Workspace users, groups and permissions.
- Create, modify and disable user accounts.
- Configure MFA and security policies.
- Manage shared mailboxes, aliases and distribution groups.

Device Management
- Configure laptops and desktops for new employees.
- Manage device inventory and asset register.
- Install operating systems, drivers and required software.
- Ensure antivirus, encryption and security policies are applied.
- Coordinate device allocation, return and replacement.

Network & Infrastructure
- Manage office Wi-Fi, switches, firewall and internet connectivity.




- Monitor network health and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support printers, biometric devices and meeting room equipment.
- Coordinate with ISPs and infrastructure vendors when required.

Security Operations
- Maintain endpoint security.
- Ensure operating systems and applications remain updated.
- Monitor MFA compliance.
- Support vulnerability remediation activities.
- Maintain IT security checklists.

Software & License Management
- Manage software subscriptions and licence renewals.
- Maintain the subscription register.
- Coordinate renewal approvals before expiry.
- Remove unused licences and optimise software costs.

IT Operations
- Resolve employee IT issues.
- Maintain the IT issue log.
- Track incidents through to closure.
- Maintain standard operating procedures.

- IT Asset Register
- IT Policies
