Role Description
The Hotel General Manager for Germany opportunities role is a full time, on-site position based in Germany. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring high service standards and smooth functioning. This role involves managing budgets, monitoring revenue and costs, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.



The General Manager will lead, train, and motivate staff, maintain strong customer service practices, and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. The position also requires coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing operational reports to support decision-making for Germany-related hotel placements or opportunities.

Qualifications
