Role Overview




We are looking for a thoughtful and driven professional to join the Talent Management team as Assistant Manager. The role partners with Senior Managers and Directors across functions and geographies, contributing to the design and delivery of talent programs that have a direct bearing on how the organization grows and how people experience their careers at Darwinbox.

This is not a role limited to running processes. The person will contribute meaningfully to what gets built, how it gets designed, and how it lands across a diverse, international workforce. They will own programs end to end, work across HR and business stakeholders, and are expected to bring a point of view to the table, not just execution capability.

The role involves travel as part of program delivery and stakeholder engagement. A valuable fit is someone who is observant, picks up on what needs attention before it is flagged, and follows through with a well-considered response.
