Job Title: Management Faculty

Job Summary:

The Management Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality education in management subjects, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in academic and administrative activities to support the institution's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in management subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, or Entrepreneurship.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and examination papers.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals.
- Organise seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.




- Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and administrative responsibilities.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Management with specialisation in a relevant field (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
- Ph.D in Management (preferred or as per regulatory requirements).
- NET/SET qualification, if applicable according to institutional or regulatory norms.

- Robust subject knowledge in management disciplines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Research and academic writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online teaching platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and mentoring skills.
