We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to own our digital acquisition — someone who doesn't just "run ads" but actually understands how to turn ad spend into paying customers.

What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Generate high-quality, cost-effective leads — not just impressions or vanity clicks
- Own budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative iteration
- Track CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion funnels; report data honestly, including what's not working
- Collaborate with the team on landing pages, creatives, and offers to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on platform changes (iOS updates, Meta algorithm shifts, Google policy updates) and adapt strategy accordingly

What we need:




- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads (not just "assisted" — actual campaign ownership)
- Proven track record of generating quality leads within a budget, not just spending it
- Solid grasp of performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate
- Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, and basic analytics (GA4)
- Bonus: experience with landing page tools, WhatsApp/lead-gen forms, or B2B/service-based lead generation
