Aluminium Extrusion Die Designer — Remote Contract

ALKALSAN is looking for an experienced Aluminium Extrusion Die Designer for remote, contract-based cooperation.

The selected designer will prepare aluminium extrusion die designs based on profile drawings, technical information, instructions, and design templates provided by ALKALSAN.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aluminium extrusion die designs based on the provided profile drawings.

• Follow the design template and technical requirements provided by ALKALSAN.

• Produce accurate, practical, and manufacturable designs.

• Complete requested corrections and revisions.

• Deliver completed design files in DWG format.

• Submit assigned designs within 24 consecutive hours.

• Maintain communication with the ALKALSAN team when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in aluminium extrusion die design.

• Robust knowledge of extrusion die construction and manufacturability.

• Experience with CAD software capable of creating and editing DWG files.

• Ability to meet the required delivery schedule.





File and Design Information

• Aluminium profile drawings will be provided by ALKALSAN in DWG format.

• A design template will also be provided.

• Completed drawings must be prepared according to the provided template and submitted in DWG format.

-Working Hours Information-

ALKALSAN’s regular working hours are 08:00–18:00, GMT+3.

These hours are provided for general information and indicate when the ALKALSAN team is normally available for communication, feedback, clarification, coordination, and revision discussions.

Cooperation Model

This is a remote contract position, with work assigned on a per-design basis.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a 10-design trial. The trial conditions will be shared before the trial begins.

After the commercial terms have been mutually agreed upon, the selected candidate will proceed under a formal written agreement.
