About the Role

Ideacraft Eventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Chinese Procurement Manager to establish and manage the complete procurement ecosystem between China and India.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in international sourcing, supplier development, procurement, import operations, logistics coordination, and end-to-end supply chain management. The candidate must have robust knowledge of the Chinese electronics manufacturing market and should be capable of independently handling procurement operations from China.

The candidate must possess hands-on experience in sourcing Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Phones, Tablets, Computer Components, Networking Equipment, CCTV Products, Smart Devices, Consumer Electronics, Accessories, and other Tech Hardware products from China.





The role requires complete ownership of the procurement cycle—from identifying reliable manufacturers and negotiating commercial terms to managing production follow-ups, logistics, customs clearance, and successful delivery of products in India.

The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and capable of independently communicating, negotiating, influencing, and building long-term relationships with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and develop reliable OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers across China.
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations for laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, networking products, CCTV equipment, computer peripherals, consumer electronics, accessories, and other technology hardware.
- Build and manage the complete China-to-India procurement process.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, factory selection, and vendor onboarding.
- Negotiate pricing
