We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our manufacturing team and lead end-to-end production operations for our Snacks & Sweets unit.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute daily production schedules.

* Lead and manage shop floor operations and production teams.

* Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely dispatches.

* Drive productivity, reduce wastage, and optimize machine utilization.

* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

* Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.

Requirements

* 5-10 years of experience in food manufacturing.

* Experience in snacks, namkeen, Indian sweets (mithai), confectionery, or bakery manufacturing.

* Mandatory hands-on experience in operating and managing automated forming lines.

* Robust knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality systems, and team management.

* Experience in handling high-volume manufacturing operations.

Preferred

* Experience with products such as ladoo, barfi, peda, soan papdi, namkeen, cookies, or similar products.

* Exposure to automated production and packaging lines.
