Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, customer engagement, market research, digital marketing, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating new business leads.
- Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Help manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars,



exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales or Marketing Manager.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
