Role Description
The Supply Chain & Distribution Manager is a full time, on-site role based in
Ahmedabad
. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics partners, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, optimal stock levels, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. The management will monitor key performance indicators,



optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth distribution. The role also includes preparing reports, conducting audits, implementing cost-effective practices, and leading or mentoring team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in supply chain management, distribution operations, and logistics within pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and quality standards relevant to storage and transport.
- Ability to work with ERP and comfort with using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including coordination with vendors, transporters, internal teams, and regulatory authorities.
