Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Reliability Engineer. The Reliability Engineer will analyze system performance data, identify reliability risks, and implement strategies to improve equipment and system uptime. The role involves performing failure analysis, supporting reliability centered maintenance programs,
and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. The Reliability Engineer will develop and update reliability models, contribute to root cause investigations, and recommend preventive actions and design improvements. The position also includes preparing technical reports, documenting findings, and communicating insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Reliability Engineering and Reliability Centered Maintenance methods.
- Proficiency in Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting for complex systems or equipment.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and use of reliability tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field); advanced degree or relevant certifications in reliability engineering are a
