- Eligibility
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Healthcare Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance, TPA processes, billing, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding treatment costs and payment options.
- Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with TPA/insurance companies.
- Explain hospital billing policies and financial assistance programs.
- Assist with documentation and financial clearance before admission.
- Coordinate with billing, accounts, and clinical departments to ensure smooth patient service.

Salary: As per industry standards.
