About the Role

Valzo Soft Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Senior US HR Executive
to manage end-to-end US HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for W-2 and C2C employees.
- Handle I-9, E-Verify, and employment eligibility compliance.
- Track and maintain H-1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, Green Card, and other immigration documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.
- Coordinate with recruiters, payroll, legal, immigration attorneys, and account managers.
- Monitor attendance, leave, timesheets, and payroll inputs.




- Support payroll processing, employee benefits, and health insurance enrollment.
- Conduct background verification (BGC) and support compliance audits.
- Review MSAs, SOWs, vendor/client agreements, and coordinate contract-related documentation.
- Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verification letters, experience letters, and immigration paperwork.
- Generate HR reports, compliance reports, and employee status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations while driving process improvements.
- Lead end-to-end hiring and recruitment to support the growth of the offshore HR team.

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in US HR Operations, US Staffing, or HR Compliance.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws, documentation, and immigration processes.
