Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The role involves supporting employee relations, addressing queries, assisting in performance management processes,



and helping foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will participate in recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, assist with current hire orientation, and ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labor regulations. The role also includes collaborating with management on HR initiatives, supporting training and development activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
