experienced Recruiter

day shift recruitment activities
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for
multiple clients
across various industries. This is an
on-site role
based in
Rohini, Delhi
, and requires someone who can start right away.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across different domains.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong knowledge of
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and handle multiple clients.
- Immediate joiner
who can work from the
Rohini office
