Associate – Mutual Fund Operations

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Mutual Fund Operations team.

Ø Position: Associate – Mutual Fund Operations

Ø Eligibility: B.Com / BAF / BBA Graduates/ Freshers with positive verbal and written communication skills

Ø Location: Mumbai – Andheri East

Ø Remuneration: 1.5–2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.

Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation

Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries

Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data

Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries, and MIS reports

Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions





Supporting compliance and documentation requirements

Handling basic client communication via email and phone

Monitoring SIP renewals, pending transactions, and follow-ups

Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products

Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

Good analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
