Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, producing copy and visual concepts for posts and stories, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.



The role involves monitoring social media trends, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The Social Media Content Creator will also support product launches and promotional activities by crafting targeted social media content that aligns with UNICSI’s business goals.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in social media content creation, including writing captions, basic graphic or video editing, and adapting content for different platforms.
- Experience in social media strategy and planning, such as developing content calendars, campaign concepts, and platform-specific approaches.
- Ability to conduct audience and competitor research to inform content ideas and improve engagement.
