- Business, operational & commercial management – delivering on business plan & budgetary targets.
- Commercial governance – project reviews; forecasting and resource management.
- Divisional Resource Management – GCC utilization.
- Technical governance of the Intelligent Infrastructure Lighting & Energy team output working with UK technical governance of all deliverables.
- Key point of contact with the UK business, direct liaison with UK leadership, and promoting the GCC and ensuring its success.
- Line Manager – PDRs, promotion, training & mentoring.
- Staff/Team Development – support, training, nurturing; and.
- Representing the II business within the wider Indian Business.





This role is to work as part of a team to support the delivery of projects. This role will be working under the supervision of a project director and Head of Discipline to carry out the following functions.

Responsibilities
This role is for a Team Leader having 13 to 15 years of experience and chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, to contribute to Lighting design for:

Highways including motorways, transport, infrastructure, city beautification and residential areas

Industrial facilities, Decorative lighting projects, Sports facilities, Car parks, Amenity areas

Site surveys/desktop study including:

To determine the existing infrastructure pre-design

Lighting assessments for environmental impact and obtrusive lighting assessments;

Production of Environmental Lighting Impact Assessments reports;

Business Development including attendance at CPD events, exhibitions and seminars;

Involvement in the production and updating of
