Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Bid Support: Review technical specs, float enquiries, and secure competitive vendor quotes during project bidding.
- Mechanical Procurement: Source major components like Valves, Seals, Gearboxes, Clutches, and Engines.
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate domestic and overseas suppliers for export/domestic projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of buyers to achieve cost optimization, inventory control, and OTIF metrics.
- Negotiation: Drive high-value commercial agreements and back-to-back supplier contracts.
What We Look For
- Solid background in EPC (Onshore/Offshore) or heavy manufacturing procurement.
- Complete mastery of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
- Sharp commercial negotiation and team-handling skills.
