Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical Deputy Manager Financial & MIS Reporting to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves financial reporting, MIS, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting, project accounting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred), and experience working in a BPO/ITES or Shared Services setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Support month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, financial validations, and group reporting.
- Review and validate cost allocations, cost-sharing billings, and supporting schedules.
- Perform detailed variance analysis, expense reviews, and financial performance analysis across WBS, Profit Centres, and Cost Centres.
- Conduct profit & loss, balance sheet, vendor, client, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Review inter-firm billing and settlement transactions for accuracy and compliance.




- Support budgeting and forecasting by preparing financial reports, analytical schedules, and variance reports.
- Monitor receivables, Work-in-Progress (WIP), DSO, and working capital metrics.
- Support statutory audits by preparing audit schedules, reconciliations, and responding to audit queries.
- Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and finance governance processes.
- Collaborate with Accounting teams, Business Finance, Shared Services, and global stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and operational excellence.

Required Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, Project Accounting, and Finance Operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, reconciliations, financial controls, and audit support.
