Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Rajkot. The HR professional will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in alignment with organizational needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding recent team members, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role involves handling HR operations such as attendance and leave management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and company regulations. The HR professional will also support employee engagement activities, address workplace concerns, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
