Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies,



collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, optimizing processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
