Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an Analyst’s 1 years to 3 years of experience in financial services operations, data management, documentation review, legal operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate metadata, contractual attributes, and agreement details extracted from legal documentation.
- Compare extracted data against source agreements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Investigate, document, and resolve metadata and codification exceptions.
- Perform quality assurance reviews and identify discrepancies requiring remediation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client contacts to address data quality issues and clarification requests.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and supporting documentation for review activities.
- Identify recurring exception trends and recommend process improvements.




- Support the digitization, codification, and quality review of legal agreement populations.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies or related fields.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Solid written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with financial legal agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA) or document review processes is a plus.
